Job Duties:
1. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat
2. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive customer experience
3. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
4. Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Strong problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems
2. Understanding of customer service principles and practices
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Additional certifications in customer service or related field
2. Experience in a call centre environment
Working Conditions:
1. Office-based role in a busy call centre environment
2. Standard working hours with occasional weekend shifts
3. May require handling challenging customer interactions
