In this role, you will: Resolve payment issues efficiently for both dealers and sellers. Oversee the entire payment process, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely completion. Manage the payment support ticketing queue, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. Complete work orders, approve payments, and track transactions to ensure operational efficiency. Contribute to the administration of payment capabilities, upholding security and compliance standards. Generate reports on the payment journey and processes to support data-driven decisions. About you You have a passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others. You possess excellent communication skills (phone, email, chat) and a proactive, positive approach to customer interactions.
