Join our client as an HR Systems Analyst!
Role: HR Systems Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver support, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR & Payroll systems.
2. Provide expert input for strategic business change programmes.
3. Assist in the delivery, configuration, and support of core HR HCM Systems.
4. Manage the operational life cycle of the platform, including upgrades and patches.
5. Contribute to a highly motivated, customer-engaged team focused on delivering effective business solutions.
6. Drive delivery of IT projects in accordance with specifications, costs, and timescales agreed with customers.
7. Support the business through proactive handling of all related incidents and problems according to the IT Service Management Policy.
8. Ensure familiarity and compliance with the UK IT Risk Management process and procedures, and undertake IT Risk training and awareness as required.
Requirements:
1. Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work or education-related experience.
2. Essential: Experience managing the MHR iTrent Platform.
3. Excellent understanding of HR processes and systems.
4. Experience implementing and supporting HR & Payroll systems.
5. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
6. Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
7. ITIL service management experience.
8. Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach.
