Job summary We are looking to appoint a Trust F1 Doctor within the Upper GI surgery team (Colorectal, HPB and OG). This post will be working in the OG team.The successful candidates will work alongside other members of the doctor team to assist in the care of patients on the wards and in the pre-assessment clinic. This post will contribute to the general surgery on call committments. Main duties of the job Although this post is a not approved for Foundation training, you will be expected to participate in all the activities within Foundation training with a view to enhancing your skills and attaining an approved Foundation post in the future. We would encourage and assist you in developing a portfolio and there are regular teaching sessions which you are able to attend.
