At MSV Housing were committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and our ASB Coordinator is key to making this happen.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our ASB Team Leader, our ASB Coordinator plays a crucial part in addressing and resolving issues of anti-social behaviour, working to create safer and more pleasant environments for our residents. They provide day to day admin and support for the Anti-Social Behaviour Team, in collaboration with teams across MSV and with external agencies.

In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.

What do our ASB Coordinators do;

* Take full details and prioritise initial reports of ASB, domestic abuse and hate crime that are referred to the ASB Team before assigning to an ASB Officer.

* Deal with incoming and outgoing ASB calls.

* Investigate and respond to reports of anti-social behaviour.
