Job summary We are currently looking for a self motivated, independent, organised and resourceful Failsafe Officer to work for the Corneo Plastics Department. Reporting to the Service Coordinator and working closely with the other schedulers, Consultants and Medical Secretaries in order to ensure the delivery of the service within NHS targets. The role will involve working flexibly within the department to provide and receive confidential and sensitive information, written, aural and verbal, to be exchanged with patients/clients, relatives, staff or external parties. An excellent communicator both written and verbal is essential, as well as the ability to follow laid down processes and procedures whilst working in conjunction with RTT pathways and NHS target.
