Conveyancing Search Specialist - 12 month FTC
Hours: Full time
Salary: £23,500 per annum
Contract: 12 month FTC - February 2025 start
Location: Hybrid/Remote working available (Searches UK is located in Shoreham-by-Sea)

THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Search Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for overseeing the receipt of orders from clients, processing them through various online ordering platforms, keeping clients updated on the progress of their orders, and returning the completed orders to clients.
Full training will be provided to ensure that you are equipped with the necessary information to carry out the role to the highest standards, including product information and IT training, as well as standard risk and compliance training such as Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, Anti-Bribery, etc.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS CONVEYANCING SEARCH SPECIALIST
1. Responsibility for your own department within the administrative team, managing your daily tasks and time effectively to meet our SLA agreements.
2. Gain a clear understanding of individual clients’ businesses and requirements.
3. Listen to client requirements and act accordingly to ensure that these are met in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
4. Provide exceptional customer service.
5. Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to chase search results and keep clients updated.
6. Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries with a view to developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
7. Advise new and existing clients on product information and forthcoming product developments and promotions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Experienced in using Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
2. Confident relationship manager.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
