Our marketing team is growing, and we are now looking for a Social Media and Content Executive at Retirement Villages Group! 1 year FTC with opportunity to go permanent afterwards.
As a key player in the marketing team, you'll shape the content and execute our social media strategy, growing awareness of our proposition and driving engagement through our social channels.
We're seeking a creative mind with a strategic flair, well-versed in social platforms and content marketing.
What will you be doing as a Social Media and Content Executive?
Social Media Management
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve business goals across RVG existing retirement communities and our brand new Thrive Living collection.
* Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to build brand presence and engage with our audience.
* Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms.
* Plan content in alignment with key events such as open days, resident events and stories which build up a community focus around our values
Content Creation:
* Create compelling and shareable content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, infographics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
* Ensure consistency across brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content.
Community Engagement
* Foster a positive online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
* Encourage user-generated content and facilitate conversations to build a sense of community.
Campaign Development
* Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, events, and brand initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting
* Track and analyse social media performance using analytics tools.
* Provide regular reports on key metrics, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, development, design, and public relations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to content creation and social media.
Content Calendar Management:
* Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms.
* Plan content aligned with critical events such as open days, off-plan launches (External), resident events, and stories that build up a community focused on our values (internal) and industry trends.
What are we looking for in the successful candidate?
· Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends.
· Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and shareable content.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
· Qualifications in a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
