LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
COMMUTABLE FROM CAMBRIDGESHIRE / HERTFORDSHIRE / BEDFORDSHIRE
Salary £23-27K (Depending on Experience) + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
Hybrid Working - 37 Hours Per Week - 3 Days a Week in the Office Minimum
Our client is a global packaging development company who offer innovative, premium packaging solutions to luxury brands predominantly in the health & beauty, spirits, homeware, candles, watches and fine fragrance markets.
They are currently looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing shipping documentation - worldwide
* Data Entry
* Liaising with freight forwarders
* Obtaining quotes, sea, air, road and courier
* DHL/Fedex Booking couriers & documentation
* Setting up new projects on Microsoft teams
* Uploading documents onto Microsoft Teams
* Forecasts on supply projects
* Resolving any queries with deliveries/invoicing
* Assisting accounts with any payment issues re deliveries PODs etc
* Shipping schedules - worldwide - working with Factories both China and Europe to ensure production running smoothly
* Supply projects management - from raising delivery notes to invoicing
* Inventory Management various stock locations including Mexico and reports
* Stock reconciliation monthly
* GRN stock into transit and warehouse /client
* Monitoring shipments worldwide
* Maintaining and updating schedules with shipment details
Requirements:
* Microsoft Excel skills (Essential)
* Keen attention to detail (Essential)
* Microsoft Teams skills beneficial
* An excellent communicator
* Previous experience within logistics preferred but not necessarily (Essential)
* Ability to multitask and forward plan
* Be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times
* Team player
