On offer is the chance to hold a Key position role in an expanding Residential refurbishment company with the prospect working on a variety of diverse projects for high end clientele. Joining a new role within the bussiness where you will have autonomy to make it your own.
This well renowned residential refurbishment company have currently got some exciting new projects coming and are looking to expand their staff to help support their growth. They are a main contractor who specialise in residential refurbishments/conversions/extensions with the value ranging between £60k - 300k. This company pride themselves on delivering high quality projects along with a top quality service which has lead of 60% of their bussiness coming from recommendations. They are now looking to bring on a Quality Inspector to ensure projects are being built to high standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Quality Inspector or building Surveyor to join an expanding main contractor, looking to take a leading position, alongside receiving a great salary and package where you can play a pivotal role in the company's future successes.
Reporting to the Director, in this role, you will overseeing around 12 projects (depending on size), getting involved in build stage. You will travel to sites along the M25, you will liaise with architects and interpretate drawings ensuring projects are being built correctly and inline with current building regulations. You will be on hand to assist with any issues providing solutions to build problems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Surveying, Technical or Design role with onsite experience within the residential sector looking to join a growing company and progress there career.
The Role:
1. Quality Inspector / Site Supervisor
2. Collate progress reports on live sites for project meetings
3. Provide Technical and Design knowledge to site teams
4. Ensuring projects are built to quality standard and inline with building regulations
The Person:
5. Strong Construction experience
6. Strong knowledge of building regulations
7. Construction related degree (ideally building surveying, architectural technology or Construction Management)
8. Full UK Driving License
