Role Overview
We are looking for a talented, ideas-led Middleweight Designer to join our UX and Design team. You will be an integral part of shaping the visual identity and creative output across TP ICAP’s suite of prestigious brands. This is a hands-on, end-to-end design role requiring both creative thinking and precise execution. You’ll be producing high-quality visual assets across digital, print, video, and experiential touchpoints, while collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and stakeholders across the business.
This role sits within the Group Marketing & Communications function and reports directly to the Group Head of UX and Design.
Role Responsibilities
* Design creative solutions that bring our brand stories to life across digital, video, print, and events
* Work across the Group’s full brand portfolio, including TP ICAP, Tullett Prebon, ICAP, PVM, and Liquidnet
* Contribute to the ideation, design, and delivery of engaging content for both internal and external audiences
* Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries across formats including: Digital: websites, email, social media, PowerPoint, web banners / Motion: video content, animation, product demos / Print: brochures, pitch decks, merchandise, event signage
* Collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external partners to scope, manage, and deliver creative projects on time and on budget
* Support other team members in maintaining an efficient and productive design workflow
* Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and templates as needed
Experience / Competences
Essential
* Proven experience in a similar in-house or agency design role, ideally within a fast-paced, professional environment
* Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, digital, print, and motion design
* Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
* Experience designing for digital platforms (social media, websites, email, etc.)
* Experience working on print-ready artwork, presentations, and event materials
* Practical knowledge of motion design and video editing
* Familiarity with email marketing tools such as HubSpot
* Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired
* Academic or applied training in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline
* Understanding of front-end development principles (e.g. HTML/CSS) and how design translates to code
* Experience working within a corporate brand framework or financial services environment
* Familiarity with UI/UX design practices or tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
* Experience in data visualisation or infographics for complex information
* Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design
* Interest in or exposure to financial markets and trading platforms
