Principal Resourcing are actively seeking a friendly and supportive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join one of our welcoming Primary Schools from September 2024. You will become part of a vibrant staff team, working in partnership to ensure a fun, engaging and challenging environment for learners across KS1/2. You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis as directed by the class teacher. You must be confident instilling strong behaviour management and promoting a positive atmosphere for learning and achievement.
The friendly Primary Academy based in Leeds, is on an exciting journey of improvement, firmly committed to providing a high-quality education for all pupils. Part of the Waterton Academy Trust, they are a forward-thinking multi-academy trust working in partnership with 13 schools across the Leeds and Wakefield area. You will join a growing staff team, working closely with teaching staff on a part-time basis to support children with their learning and behavioural needs. The School is seeking someone with a genuine passion for education, driven to make a difference to the lives of all children within their care.

We are seeking a HLTA with:
* A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Confidence, inclusivity, and a passion for supporting pupil progression.
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
