We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Maintenance Manager position in the Building Services Department. The requirements of the role are to oversee the implementation of minor works projects and to support service issues in their area and provide an efficient and effective service to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess good people skills, be calm under pressure and contribute to the effective leadership of the Building Services maintenance team and monitor tenant satisfaction within Monmouthshire Housing Association.
Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
The post is subject to a Basic Disclosure Check.
Base: Hybrid working - Community, Office and Home.
Hours: 37 per week
