About the Role
This position offers the chance to play a pivotal role in the firm's expansion within the Nordic institutional market. Partnering with their head of sales for the region, you will be instrumental in capital-raising efforts, relationship management, and market development.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* Professional Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in business development or capital raising within asset management, with a proven ability to deliver results.
* Network: A strong, established network of institutional investors within the Nordic region is essential.
* Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, particularly within the Nordic region, to better serve clients and build relationships across different markets.
* Entrepreneurial Drive: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and identify new opportunities in a competitive market.
* Investment Knowledge: A solid understanding of investment strategies and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to sophisticated clients.
