Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in book keeping, this would be essential.
This role will be to cover Maternity leave, however a full time position may become available for the right candidate.
Duties
- Supervise staff and allocate tasks accordingly
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Run weekly payroll, and complete online submissions
- Run monthly VAT returns, using Sage 50 Accounts
- Process weekly shop accounts
- Process invoices and pay suppliers
- Reconcile weekly bank reports
- Process staff holidays for all nine sites
Requirements
- Proficient in office management, clerical tasks, and administrative duties
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Ability to supervise a team and delegate tasks efficiently
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

* Monday to Friday
