Job Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a Private Family Law offering in Worcester. You'll manage a caseload of high-quality private family law matters while providing support and supervision to junior fee earners and paralegals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a caseload of privately funded family matters - divorce, finances, and children work.
2. Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and paralegals.
3. Driving team performance, development, and compliance.
4. Supporting departmental growth and business development initiatives.
5. Ensuring the delivery of excellent client care and legal advice.
Job Requirements
1. A Senior Family Solicitor (8+ PQE) with proven experience in private family law.
2. Strong leadership, mentoring, and supervisory skills.
3. Experience handling complex financial remedy and private children law cases.
4. Excellent communication, organisation, and client-handling abilities.
5. A commercially aware and strategic mindset.
