Role Overview
This is a full-time role at WRPD Group LTD - Leeds.
As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support for our sales team. Duties include:
1. Receiving inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries in a prompt and professional way.
2. Directing complaints and selling the products and services we offer within the group.
3. Logging all sales activities on our CRM system used to track sales and set targets.
4. Assisting in sales dialog with existing customers and new prospects by phone, email, and other messaging apps.
5. Answering customer questions via phone, email, web chat, social media, or in person.
6. Coordinating the check-in and collection of vehicles when complete and completing the relevant forms (Monday.com).
7. Updating company CRM (monday.com) with quotes and converted sales information.
8. Taking payments and refunding payments when required.
9. Booking and tracking orders with couriers for any product orders.
10. Handling complaints or passing them on to a manager.
This role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills, both internally and client-facing, are essential for delivering excellent customer service experiences on a daily basis.
As part of our client-facing team, you will also be required to deal with design enquiries, scheduled design meetings, and taking briefs for the design team.
The appointment of a suitable Sales & Customer Service Assistant into this role will form part of the continuing development and expansion of the WRPD Group. Subject to completing the probationary period, there are excellent opportunities to progress well within the company.
Sales & Customer Service Assistant - Requirements:
1. Customer support and service skills.
2. Professional phone etiquette.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Experience in sales or customer service roles.
6. Knowledge of the automotive industry or graphic design is a plus.
7. Ability to use own initiative when it comes to decision making.
8. Innovative, dynamic, and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects.
10. Excellent grammar and writing skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
11. Ideally educated to a degree level in a relevant field.
12. Proactive, positive, and has a can-do attitude.
13. Full UK Driving License.
