Client Relationship Executive York £28k pa We are working with our client on the outskirts of York to who are an industry leader in providing training courses to recruit a Client Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing and nurturing a relationship with a one of there clients, ensuring that all their needs are met in regard to their training needs and maintaining a high level of satisfaction. This role involves a mix of customer service with someone who is client driven. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for the client, understanding their training needs and ensuring their expectations are met. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and 3 rd party providers. Oversee the client account, ensuring that all projects or services are delivered on time and to the clients satisfaction. Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects or services. Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience. Resolve conflicts or misunderstandings quickly and professionally to maintain a positive client relationship. Work with internal teams to ensure that any issues are addressed and resolved efficiently. Skills and Qualities: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients needs. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all client needs are met and their expectations are consistently exceeded.
