What You’ll Be Doing:
* Respond to incidents via web portal, email, monitoring platform, or phone
* Troubleshoot and escalate tickets as needed, ensuring SLAs are met
* Maintain accurate documentation and assist in quality control
* Diagnose and resolve issues across Cisco and Palo Alto technologies
* Work on routing, switching, and security configurations
* Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical cases
* Continuously develop your skills and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
Minimum Requirements:
* Strong routing and switching knowledge (CCNA or equivalent experience preferred)
* Experience with event monitoring platforms
* Passion for technology and a proactive learning mindset
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bonus Points for:
* Experience with Palo Alto security configurations (PCCSA or equivalent)
* Knowledge of Cisco security products (ASA, ISE, FirePower)
