The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting the senior management team in delivering these commitments. Job Responsibilities: Oversee mechanical and plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget. Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure effective resource allocation. Prepare and manage project budgets while tracking expenses. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns. Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Conduct site visits and inspections as required. Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Oversee daily maintenance operations as needed.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in mechanical and plumbing project management. Degree or Qualification in Mechanical / Plumbing Engineering or relevant trade experience. Strong leadership and resource management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Thorough understanding of industry regulations and safety standards. Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel as required.
