Operations Manager
Based in Milton Keynes, Restaurant Associates has an exciting new opportunity as an Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of managers across a multi-faceted contract and provide exceptional service to our clients while managing the employee life cycle effectively.
As an Operations Manager, you will support client and contractual relationships, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies in a commercial manner.
Key Accountabilities
1. Articulate the vision for the future, providing direction and purpose.
2. Formulate and implement strategies to achieve long-term goals and objectives.
3. Set clear, achievable goals and performance standards.
4. Track and assess progress towards business objectives, providing feedback and support as needed.

7. Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
8. Identify new business opportunities.
9. Address challenges and obstacles effectively, finding solutions and making necessary adjustments.
10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
11. Develop, manage, and meet financial budgets for operational activities.
12. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
13. Develop effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
14. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
15. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, growth, and long-term retention.
Person Specification
1. Proven track record in a senior management role, demonstrating effective management of large teams and complex operations.
2. Senior management experience leading operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results effectively.
3. Strong skills in strategic planning and operational management with a history of driving business objectives and achieving results.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, including superior presentation skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement within an organisation.
6. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
7. Proven experience in managing substantial budgets, with strong financial acumen and a track record of fiscal responsibility.
8. Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organisational goals.
9. Results-driven approach with a history of going the extra mile to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
