About the Role:
Higher Level Teaching Assistant:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This part-time, temporary position requires you to step into a pivotal role, assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and occasionally leading classes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering engaging activities for small groups or individual pupils.
• Supporting pupils with varying needs, ensuring every child has equal opportunities to succeed.
• Covering classes in the teacher’s absence and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive and stimulating learning experience.
• Providing pastoral care and encouraging the personal development of pupils.

What We’re Looking For:
Higher Level Teaching Assistant:We are seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic HLTA with:
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a UK primary school.
• A proven ability to manage classrooms and engage with pupils effectively.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for education.
• Relevant qualifications, such as HLTA status or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive daily rate: £100 - £120 per day.
