Are you an avid racing enthusiast looking to pursue a career in the industry, we have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team as Racing Executive where you will play a key role the development and execution of commercial strategies for our recreational horse racing offerings. Our Racing pool betting vertical is the core product of the Tote offering our customers exciting bet types and great value whilst returning funds into the horse racing industry. As Racing Executive you will work across our B2C business, optimising our Racing Pool betting vertical to help shape and monetise our core consumer racing propositions. We are looking for a commercially focused self-starter who can demonstrate a good understanding of the horse racing sector and gambling industry. Within the role you will be required build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and manage multiple projects so excellent communication and time management skills are essential. The role will be 37.5 hours per week with core business hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm however, we are looking for someone who can work flexibility covering weekends when required. The role will be based from our Wigan Office with approx. 2/3 days per week onsite. A full induction, on the job training and development plan will be put in place for anyone who joins the team. What you’ll be doing: Support with the execution of the commercial strategy for the horse racing division Support the creation and delivery of the Racing budget across our B2C business Support and track KPIs to ensure the division meets its financial and strategic goals Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify trends and growth opportunities Analyse customer feedback and behaviour data to inform product improvements and marketing strategies Assist with the development and implementation of campaigns and promotions to drive customer acquisition and retention Work with other departments to support overall business success across the B2C division What you’ll need: Ability to demonstrate a understanding of the horse racing sector and gambling industry Proficient in data analysis and interpretation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy in data management and content creation Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities Experience working in the betting industry, preferably with a focus on horse racing is advantageous Our perks and benefits: Our colleagues are the heart of everything we do and play a vital role in our success.
