Responsibilities Support the Team by ensuring all trackers within your remit are up to date, with actions followed through promptly. Input and manage the production of PO’s and receipting of work completed via our client’s software system. Handle general administration tasks for the team, contributing to smooth daily operations. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the company, showcasing your excellent interpersonal skills. Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed to agreed deadlines. Provide cover and support to the general admin team during times of spare capacity, fostering collaboration across the department. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Excel: Demonstrated ability to manage data, create reports, and support projects efficiently. Excellent organisational skills: Manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly. IT literacy: Competence in relevant software and digital tools. The ability to multitask, prioritise, and use your own initiative effectively. Excellent customer service skills: Confidently liaise with clients and team members.
