About The Opportunity
As a Trade Assistant/ Technician you will play a key role in performing a variety of fitting tasks to support the installation of tray and canopy packages on a variety of vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Installation of roof racks, fridge slides and other accessories
5. Welding tasks and machine operation if trained/skilled
6. Completion of install checklist and handover list
7. Packing of builds for transport to other locations
8. Running basic canopy wiring in vehicles
9. Completing administration tasks
About You
The successful candidate will have:
10. A qualification and/or relevant experience as a Trade Technician or in a similar role
11. Intermediate/advanced or special fitting skills (e.g. welding & operating machines)
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment
13. Strong, ongoing commitment to workplace health and safety
14. Excellent quality of work and time management skills
15. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
16. Manual drivers licence and forklift license
