As an HLTA, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and group support, working closely with teachers to assist learning.
* Help students develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Deliver structured interventions and contribute to lesson planning.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a school setting.
* A strong passion for supporting students with SEMH and additional needs.
* The ability to inspire and motivate pupils in alternative learning environments.
* Flexibility to adapt to different school settings across Staffordshire.
