The Education Administration Office is based within Education and Student Success. We’re responsible for providing central operational support for key processes in the student lifecycle. The role of Lifecycle Administration Manager is an exciting opportunity to lead on efficient and effective delivery of high-quality services related to the student lifecycle, which includes examinations, graduation, timetabling and student records administration, ensuring an excellent service to stakeholders. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring a strong focus on continuous improvement to meet user needs and deliver ongoing enhancement of the student experience.
