Interim HR Advisor Opportunity
Ashley Kate HR & Finance is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a great business as they navigate a period of change.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in helping to accelerate careers in line with business objectives, advising on the effective deployment and development of people, and conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising managers on employee issues and providing guidance on talent management and development.
* Conducting disciplinary and grievance hearings, and aligning talent management with business objectives.
* Actively involved in well-being projects and providing support to employees.
Requirements:
* Experience gained in a similar level role with strong experience managing ER cases, or extensive experience note-taking at disciplinaries and grievances as a HR Coordinator/Officer.
* Ideal CIPD qualification.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
