As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred care while providing leadership and guidance to a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Guide and support your team to ensure they deliver high-quality care that meets individual needs.
* Promote Independence: Encourage individuals to maintain dignity, choice, and control in their daily lives.
* Care Planning: Regularly review and update care plans to reflect each person’s unique needs.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: A background in a senior care role or a similar position within the health and social care sector.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or an equivalent qualification).
