We have a great opportunity here at Adler & Allan, we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join the team!
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role is to support the Procurement Team in delivering objectives and managing the entire purchasing process within the organisation, this includes:
* Identifying sourcing needs
* Researching and evaluating suppliers
* Negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
* Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures; we act as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
We need someone who is a whizz at Excel, around advanced level, so please make sure you can show these skills off when you join to make this role a success!
More about the role:
* Supporting the Category Managers with all aspects of the procurement process driving value for money for the organisation including sourcing, negotiation, contract administration and supplier management
* Development and maintenance of procurement reports including Sales Cube, Contract Database, Rebate, Savings, and Project Trackers
* Data analysis, to identify area's for improvement and cost savings
* To perform a gatekeeper role to ensure stakeholders are complying with contracts by using preferred suppliers.
More about you:
* Ideally degree in business studies, supply chain management, or a related field Studying CIPS ( but not essential if you have proven experience!) this role needs strong analytical skills so your main fortes will be evaluating data, compare vendor proposals, and make informed purchasing decisions. We need someone super organised, who is able to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously and meet deadlines alongside proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
