Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser Opportunity – Join a High-Performing Team
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser ready to take their career to the next level.
At Bright Money, we do things differently. Our business is built on collaboration, reinvestment, and creating serious opportunities for advisers who want more than the usual self-employed model.
What We’re Looking For:
1. CeMAP (or equivalent) Qualified
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience – ideally from a bank or estate agency background
3. Highly motivated with a proven ability to write quality business
4. Experienced in mortgages, life cover, protection, and everything in between
5. Hungry to grow a client bank, build long-term relationships, and develop professionally
What You’ll Get from Us:
1. A collaborative environment where profits are reinvested back into the business — think websites, SEO, Facebook Ads, PPC, LinkedIn campaigns — to generate even more leads and opportunity for you.
2. Lead support – quality over quantity. We’ll help top up your pipeline while you build your own client base.
3. 1:1 mentoring from industry high performers — learn directly from advisers consistently hitting big numbers.
4. Networking support – we’ll even come along to events to help you grow your presence locally.
5. Admin support once established — freeing you up to focus on clients and income.
6. A genuinely supportive team that wants to see you thrive, not compete against you.
The Opportunity:
This is perfect for someone ready to leave the restrictive banking or estate agency model behind, but who still values support, mentoring, and working alongside a driven, successful team.
You’ll have everything you need to build your own business within ours — with the guidance, tools, and investment behind you to hit the ground running.
Interested? Let’s talk.
