You’ll be provided full on-the-job training with emphasis placed heavily on personal progression in the role. The role presents a clear path to progress through the levels of support, and to other areas of the business.
The role is based at our recently refurbished offices in the 70-acre woodland park, Ransom Wood in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Given the nature of our 24/7 support team, this position is on a rotational shift basis, with the earliest start at 7am and the latest finish at 11pm. Weekend availability is also required, with a rotation of approximately one in four weekends.
Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for our customers and resellers.
2. Provide top-notch support through ticketing systems and live chat.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
4. Guide customers through troubleshooting processes.
5. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
