Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HCM) SC CLEARANCE - ESSENTIAL £750pd - Initial 5 Month Contract Remote/Hybrid Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a primary focus on Core HCM. Experience with Recruitment modules, particularly Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), would be a valuable bonus. The right candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Core HCM solutions, leading implementations, and ensuring smooth business process transformation. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions. SC CLEARANCE - ESSENTIAL Key Responsibilities: Core HCM Implementation : Lead the configuration and deployment of Core HCM functionalities, ensuring alignment with client HR processes and objectives. Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering : Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather business requirements and recommend best practices for optimizing HR processes. End-to-End Project Delivery : Manage the full project lifecycle, from design, configuration, and testing to deployment and post-go-live support for Core HCM modules. Bonus - Recruitment Expertise : Provide support and guidance on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other recruitment modules, assisting clients with recruitment process improvements when necessary. Offshore Team Coordination : Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure successful design, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM modules, delivering projects on time and within scope. Client Relationship Building : Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on HR transformation, and leveraging Core HCM to meet their HR goals. Requirements: Oracle HCM Expertise : Demonstrable experience in implementing Core HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration, testing, and deployment. Functional Consultant Background : Strong experience in advising clients on HR best practices and driving business process transformation through Oracle HCM solutions. Client-Facing Skills : Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and engage with senior client stakeholders to deliver tailored Core HCM solutions. Project Management : Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of Core HCM implementations, including leading offshore teams in testing and configuration. Recruitment Knowledge (Bonus) : Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) or other Oracle HCM recruitment modules is a significant advantage. Consultancy Experience : Background in a consultancy role with a focus on delivering HR transformation projects, pre-sales activities, and business development. Preferred Skills/Extras: Familiarity with additional Oracle HCM modules such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling, or Compensation is a plus. Expertise in Oracle HCM reporting and analytics to provide insights into HR operations.
