What You’ll Be Doing:


* Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, right-to-buy and lease extensions.
* Managing files from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
* Providing excellent client service and building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
* Ensuring efficient, cost-effective case progression while maintaining high standards.
* Meeting clients, taking detailed instructions, and offering expert legal advice.


Who We’re Looking For:
