1. Lead the IPC Team including provision of clinical leadership / mentorship and supervision and use of the appraisal process to set priorities for the Team members work streams.2. Develop team, set objectives and or quality improvement projects / co-ordinate activities to achieve objectives.3. Manage the IPC Team to ensure an effective and efficient service to patients and staff through leadership and supervision, robust governance processes, support and development to provide quality care to patients based on best practice4. Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with infection control teams across the local Integrated Care System and beyond, as well as with teams at the UK Health Security Agency.5.
