Description Job Description Do you want to work in a dynamic, high profile and award winning policy area to deliver the national Dementia Strategy? Involving close interaction with Ministers and Officials within Health and Social Care, this role will support efforts to collaborate with the voices of lived experience to improve experiences of care and support across Scotland. The unit sits within the Dementia Policy team as part of the Adult Social Care Local Improvement & Transformation Division. Lead and support on specific areas of the initial 2-year delivery plan to advance the policy aims and ambitions of the Dementia strategy. Build collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Work positively and proactively as part of a small team, collaborating widely with colleagues across the wider directorate in order to further develop the work of the Dementia Strategy. Provide support for finance processes when completing grant and fund allocations for dementia partners.
