Bell Ingram is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our GIS team in Perth. This position is for someone with a passion and knowledge of GIS who is looking to work across a wide variety of projects covering the utilities, rural land management, and forestry sectors.
This is a full-time position but part-time hours would be considered while the successful applicant completes their current relevant studies.

Key Responsibilities
* Georeferencing and digitising
* Plan production for a variety of clients
* Land Referencing
* Spatial Data Management
* GPS Surveys
* Providing GIS support to colleagues
Qualifications and Skills
* MSc in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) or equivalent experience
* Strong understanding of GIS principles
* Experience with QGIS, ESRI ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online
* Knowledge of UK spatial datasets and land registry
* Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Excel
* Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Be a team player and have a willingness to learn new skills
* Have a full UK driving licence with access to a car and be willing to travel to site and project locations
* Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python, Arcade)
* Knowledge of relational databases and geodatabases
* Knowledge and experience with GPS equipment

About our Perth office
Situated on the banks of the River Tay in Perth, Durn has been Bell Ingram’s headquarters since 1962. The Perth office boasts the biggest headcount of all Bell Ingram offices and has representatives, mainly Partner level, from all service areas.
In addition to Rural Land Management, Estate Agency, Architecture, Forestry, and Utilities services, our Accounts Department, which provides financial services for numerous clients and Bell Ingram itself, is based here.
