Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Planning and Analysis to join our Liquidity and Finance team. This role is located in London, UK.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Ensure the good running of the business in compliance with the regional risk and regulatory framework, ensuring there is clear, appropriate, and evidenced apportionment of responsibilities amongst staff members.
2. Ensure the business is compliant with regulatory developments and changes and contribute to the effective governance of the EMEA region.
3. Be a champion for change to lead decisions and create processes with a sense of urgency.
4. Support the team in meeting its regulatory obligations (e.g. MiFID, CASS/CAP, PSD, DGSD).
5. Coordinate with business partners and global colleagues to ensure consistency across the bank.
6. Support the business in audit and compliance reviews.

4. Sound organizational skills and self-discipline in managing priorities.
5. Awareness of key regulations including MiFID, CASS/CAP, DGSD, PSD2 rules.
6. Bachelor’s degree.
7. Awareness of lending, collateral, repo, and liquidity products preferred.
8. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
