The Role:
An opportunity has arisen in the Faculty of Business and Law for an individual with good IT and organisation skills to provide administrative support to staff engaged in Business Development and Degree Apprenticeships through the use of sound organisational practice. This will need an attention to detail and include scheduling, managing a shared inbox, and data entry. There will also be the need to take photos at events and help with social media. The role will report to the Research and Innovation Digital Communications Manager.
The role will see you study for a Business Administrator - Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship at Havant and South Downs College, whilst you work. You will spend one day a week focussing on your Apprenticeship portfolio and/or at College.
This appointment is a fixed-term contract to 31 December 2028. Interviews are anticipated to be held 4 December 2024.
