The Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Strategic field sales organization. Sales Development Representatives will partner with Strategic and Global Account field sales representatives and the marketing organization to qualify leads and generate demand.
We have a newly created position for a Spanish Speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team selling into the Iberian region.
Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Global Accounts in the Iberia market
2. Identify areas of growth and expansion opportunities within Global Accounts
3. Prospect and conduct research on accounts by using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other tools
4. Develop an understanding of the customer’s usage of Dynatrace, business issues, and other relevant information
5. Create comprehensive account profiles to support expansion efforts
6. Execute multi-channel outbound programs to increase attendance at upcoming events, webinars, and to create broad awareness of the Dynatrace platform to target audiences
7. Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities
8. Work to meet defined KPIs
