The Strawbury Duck in Bolton are recruiting for an Apprentice Commis Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality qualifications which will take approximately 20 months to complete.
Duties:
• Prepping for lunch
• Getting salad station Prepped up
• Producing meals from fresh
• Using a variety of kitchen equipment
• Assisting the team to a high standard of service
• Adhering to Health and Safety Regs
• Adhering to allergens
• Catering for all individual dietary requirements
• Cleaning down after service
• Labelling food and ensuing its wrapped correctly

Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
Between the hours of 10:30am - 9:30pm, 30 minutes paid lunch, 35 hours per week across 5 days
