Are you an experienced Senior Administrator who is well organised and used to working within a busy and fast paced sales environment? You will be working for a well-established business, in a small team and will be responsible for ensuring the sales office runs smoothly. There is a salary of up to £30,000 plus many benefits.
The Role:
1. Maintain, build and develop a trusted relationship with existing accounts.
2. Advise new product lines and upsell current range.
3. Resolve any issues or queries from customers.
4. Have a full working knowledge of processes and procedures on a day to day basis within the office.
5. Monitor sales and ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
6. Take incoming calls and deal with customer orders/enquiries.
7. Ensure that complaints, issues and queries from both team and customers reach a successful and appropriate conclusion.
8. Ensure holiday and sickness records are kept up to date.
9. Ensure account records are kept up to date on CRM system.
10. Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reports and action as necessary. Analyse sales data to help sales team target customers/product ranges.
11. Ensure the team have regular sales meetings.
12. Help with employee training/development.
13. Manage team's workload/delegate tasks.
About You:
1. Good at multitasking and can deal with a number of things at the same time.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team and to be proactive in work.
4. Good IT and communication skills.
5. Experience in managing a small team.
