Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Good knowledge of the national curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Prior experience in teaching or working with children is desirable Knowledge and Skills: Strong classroom management skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students Proficient in creating engaging lesson plans Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Experience working in a similar role as a supply teacher Working Conditions: The role may involve working in different schools on short notice, adapting to different environments, and collaborating with various teaching staff.
