PFI Senior Operations Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a PFI Senior Operations Manager in the North West and West Yorkshire regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient management and operation of critical assets across these areas, ensuring compliance and contributing to value generation for investors.
Position Details:
* Job Title: PFI Senior Operations Manager
* Location: North West / West Yorkshire
* Hybrid: Flexible across both areas including some home working
* Salary: £72,000 + Car allowance: £7,200 + Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing financial and operational policies for PFI asset management.
* Support health and safety compliance across facilities management contract sites.
* Prepare statutory reports and compliance documentation.
* Monitor third-party service providers such as Facilities Management companies for contract compliance.
* Engage in complex contract negotiation.
* Prepare budgets and oversee financial operations.
* Conduct lifecycle planning, cost analysis, and procurement.
* Manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders.
* Mitigate risks related to asset performance and compliance.
Requirements:
* PFI experience is essential.
* SPV management experience is desirable.
* Technical expertise is desired but not essential.
* Candidates with significant senior Facilities Management experience in healthcare PFI contracts at a commercial level will also be considered.
* Strong organisational, administrative, and commercial skills with good knowledge of the PFI contract.
* Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
