**Role Details:**
- **Location:** Rustington, West Sussex (BN16)
- **Salary:** £12.05 up to £14.05 per hour
- **Contract:** Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
- **Shift Patterns:** Early (07:30am-13:30pm), Mid (15:00pm-21:00pm), and Long Day (07:30am-19:30pm)
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-level care and support to vulnerable adults, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, medication, and meal assistance.
- Support residents in participating in activities and community outings, such as walks, swimming, shopping, and visits to coffee shops, libraries, and churches.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential, as excellent training and induction programmes are provided.
