Purpose: Provide Customer Service, handle Order Management, provide order status updates, and handle complaints from Customers.
Experience Required: Experience in Order Management and core Customer Service, with a proven track record of over-achieving quotas.
Skills Needed: Customer Service, Issue Resolution, Customer Retention, Listening Skills, Phone Skills, Email Etiquette, Conflict Resolution, Multitasking, Attention to Detail, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving, Adaptability, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer Skills.
Knowledge Required: End-to-end Order Management and Customer Service experience in Quote to Cash processes.
Additional Requirements: EU work permit is required.
