Job Description:
We are seeking a Retail Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various aspects of our business, including sales, HR, logistics, and supply chain management. They will be exposed to different roles and responsibilities, allowing them to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations.
In year one, the individual will spend time in each of our core business areas: Sales (store-based), HR (regional office-based), Logistics (warehouse-based), and Supply Chain (regional office-based). In year two, they will choose a specialist route in store, warehouse, or supply chain management.
To be eligible for this program, candidates must possess a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline by September 2025, have a full UK driving license by February 1, 2025, and be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate assertiveness, confidence in communication skills, and a desire to learn, develop, and succeed in a challenging environment.
