Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the team based in Inverness, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours for the role are Monday – Friday 12:30 – 21:00. Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK – meaning you’re never too far from the help you need. Responsibilities: Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPI’s. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements Liaise with the Facilities Coordinator to help provide cover for overtime, annual leave, absence etc and complete relevant staff spreadsheets Allocation of work and quality control, check work schedules and resolve problems. Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures Ensure that RIFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e. Health & Safety and COSHH Ensure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the Facilities Coordinator on completion of quality audits Qualifications and Experience: General cleaning experience Previous supervisory experience desirable Experience working within facilities management is desirable Experience of Microsoft Packages would be advantageous Salary and Benefits: Salary depending on experience Company Pension health&safety RSKfamily recruitment Full Job Description attached RSK will not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies other than RSK PSL or Secondary agencies.
