We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Examinations Assistant to support the Exams Officer throughout the academic year and beyond.
Term time only
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: Bucks Pay Range 3 Point 16 to 20 (£27,310 to £29,295) FTE
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 15 to 25 hours per week. Flexible on days and hours. 40 weeks per year which would include being available for 4 days for examination results during the summer period. Actual salary will reflect this working pattern.

About the role
The main responsibilities of the role will include:-
*To assist in managing the Academy's team of Exam Invigilators.
*Attention to detail when checking key documentation.
*To assist with entries for examinations to the examination boards.
*To assist with the production of exam timetables for mock examinations.
*To disseminate information about examinations to staff, students and parents/carers.
