This is a zero hours contract role, working at various locations throughout Northern Ireland, including evenings and weekends. Find out more about Horizon Property Support at: h-psltd.com Duties and Responsibilities As part of our Events Team, your role will include: Ensuring the safety of customers and staff at all times Monitoring and managing crowds and queues Dealing with enquiries from customers and members of the public in a polite and efficient manner Responding appropriately to incidents within the queues or venues Maintaining a positive working relationship with local authorities Skills, Qualifications and Experience A checkable personal history including periods of education, employment, travel and unemployment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interacting both internally and externally Excellent customer service skills Security/Stewarding, 1 years experience (preferred) The ideal candidates will be reliable with excellent timekeeping skills Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Salary and benefits Horizon Property Support offer employees the opportunity to work with blue chip clients, job security, competitive salary and benefits, and career opportunities to develop to more senior levels in our organisation.
